about the
artist

Edwin Catli is an artist who began his journey with painting during his high school years and continued to develop his craft throughout college. He took a break but returned to art in 1993 and resumed painting in 2015, focusing on creating unique art pieces that combine realism, organism, and cubism.

ART STYLE &
INSPIRATION

Edwin's art style blends realism with elements of cubism and organism. His work is heavily influenced by his love for figurative art, comics, and superheroes, especially during the time when his child was young. He draws inspiration from music and the works of Kapampangan artists like Botong Francisco and Vicente Manansala.
