Chelssie Aven Pan

about the
artist

Chelssie Aven Pan is a passionate and multi-talented artist whose creative journey began at the age of four. Raised in Elk Grove, California, and now based in Angeles City, Pampanga, she is a self-taught artist who sees art as a powerful medium for self-expression. Beyond her artistic pursuits, Chelssie is also a college student majoring in Civil Engineering, a competitive swimmer, and a dedicated member of the Philippine Taekwondo Association. Her works, deeply inspired by emotions, female empowerment, and nature, have been exhibited in prestigious events, making her one of the most promising young artists in the country.

ART STYLE &
INSPIRATION

Chelssie specializes in Kinetic Flow, a style that reflects movement and emotion, making each piece feel alive and dynamic. She first discovered her love for art at the age of four but took a break before rekindling her passion in 2017. Since then, she has continuously honed her craft, using art as a way to express her deepest emotions. For Chelssie, art is more than just creativity—it is a personal and spiritual journey. She dedicates her works to God, believing that every piece she creates is a form of gratitude and self-expression.

ART TO
SOCIETY

"Art plays a crucial role in society, lalo na ngayon sa generation natin where social media dominates. Napapansin ko na maraming kabataan ang hindi na masyadong nag-a-appreciate ng museums at traditional artworks dahil sa AI at digital influences. Pero iba pa rin talaga ‘yung human-made art—it carries depth, emotion, and history. Art teaches us about culture and allows us to connect with the past."

- CHELSSIE AVAN PAN

"My message to aspiring artists is not to be afraid to create and express themselves. They should dedicate their work to God and understand that there is no wrong in art—it reflects your feelings and emotions. For me, art is therapeutic; it helps with anxiety and allows you to express emotions that are hard to put into words."
